I was looking for a Dermatologist to do my first filling (botox), I was nervous as I wanted to keep a natural look, keep my expression while smiling but getting ready of the annoying wrinkles! One friend recommended me Dr. Vlada. She was so kind and patient with me! As she saw that I was apprehensive because it was my first time she did the treatment in two steps with a break of two weeks, so we could see better how the muscle reacted and retouch if needed. That gave me another level of comfort and trust! And loved the results!! Doctors for me shouldn’t be just professionals on what they do, they should also hear the concerns and wishes of the patients and adapt to that! They have an airy space, tastefully decorated, a welcoming staff able and willing to help with all matters of insurance, and a patient and informative Doktor that listens to you and explains what you need to know. I'm an (almost) 24 year-old female who has had a keloid on my ear from an industrial piercing that healed wrong since I was 17. Getting constant weird stares and questions made me finally have it removed. Dr. Doktor and her assistant (forgive me I can't remember her name) were incredibly patient, kind, and comforting on the day the keloid (Larry) was removed. They calmed my anxiety, took their time, played music for me, and held my hand through the whole process. I was really determined to get my two keloid scars removed surgically because I've tried steroid injections, silicone gel, and silicone sheets to no avail. So when the Dr. Doktor suggested more steroid shots I was disappointed. It's only been 5 days but my keloid are smaller and softer (squeals loudly) 😁 Highly recommend! More
